Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unused
  • in their original condition and packaging
  • proof of purchase is required

Please include your order number and reason for return. Once confirmed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted

 

Damaged or faulty items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you’d like is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order.

 

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
